Parking Lot Re-Striping Done Right
Faded lines are the fastest way to make a well-kept property look neglected, and the easiest fix. True Line Pavement repaints your existing layout with bright DOT-grade traffic paint, usually in a single visit, restoring clear stalls, lanes, and markings without the cost of a full redesign.

Who's holding the striper
17 years in the Army. Lines are personal.
True Line Pavement is owned and operated by a 17-year U.S. Army veteran based in Shelby Township. The military teaches you two things that matter in this trade: precision, and showing up when you said you would.
That means measured layouts instead of freehand guesses, straight edges instead of wavy paint, phone calls that get returned, and jobs that finish on the schedule we agreed to. Your lot is the first thing every customer sees. It should look squared away.
No sales team, no subcontractor roulette. When you call, you talk to the owner. The person who quotes your lot is the person who paints it.

Straight answers
Parking lot re-striping FAQ
How do you know exactly where to repaint the lines?
In most cases the existing layout is still visible enough to follow precisely. If it's badly faded, we measure and chalk the layout first so every line lands exactly where it should.
Can you fix a layout that doesn't meet code while re-striping?
Yes. If your current layout wastes space, has ADA issues, or doesn't meet current code, we'll flag it during the quote and can re-design the layout before painting instead of just repainting what's there.
How long until cars can park on fresh lines?
Traffic paint is dry to the touch in under 30 minutes and ready for vehicles in about an hour in normal Michigan conditions. We phase larger lots so part of your parking stays open the whole time.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most of our striping happens when lots are empty: evenings, overnights, and weekends. You pick the window, we work around it.
