What this service covers
Details that make a lot make sense
Stencil work is often the difference between a lot that just has lines and one that actually directs traffic and communicates clearly.
- Directional arrows, stop bars, and crosswalks
- Reserved, visitor, and EV charging stall stencils
- Cart corral and loading zone markings
- Numbered or lettered space stencils
- Custom text, logos, and branded markings
- Standard or custom stencil sizing to match your layout
Who's holding the striper
17 years in the Army. Lines are personal.
True Line Pavement is owned and operated by a 17-year U.S. Army veteran based in Shelby Township. The military teaches you two things that matter in this trade: precision, and showing up when you said you would.
That means measured layouts instead of freehand guesses, straight edges instead of wavy paint, phone calls that get returned, and jobs that finish on the schedule we agreed to. Your lot is the first thing every customer sees. It should look squared away.
No sales team, no subcontractor roulette. When you call, you talk to the owner. The person who quotes your lot is the person who paints it.

Pavement stencils & custom markings FAQ
Can you stencil our company logo or custom text?
Yes. We can cut custom stencils for logos, reserved-space names, or specific wording beyond our standard stencil library. Just send over what you need and we'll quote it with your striping job.
Do you stripe EV charging stalls?
Yes. As EV charging becomes more common at commercial properties, we stencil dedicated EV stalls to a clear, consistent standard so they're easy to identify and enforce.
How long until cars can park on fresh lines?
Traffic paint is dry to the touch in under 30 minutes and ready for vehicles in about an hour in normal Michigan conditions. We phase larger lots so part of your parking stays open the whole time.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most of our striping happens when lots are empty: evenings, overnights, and weekends. You pick the window, we work around it.
